Larissa Winter

Larissa Winter is Managing Director of CEEMAN management development association since September 2011.

Originally from Ukraine, Larissa did her first degree at the Teaching College, Ukraine, where she received her Master of Sociology. Larissa holds a Master of Arts in Commercial and Civil Law from National University named after Shevchenko, Ukraine. She undertook her MBA at Henley Management College, UK. Currently, she is a PhD student at the IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia. Larissa is founder of her own business consulting company and ©®coaching with heart praxis focusing on the business advisory of senior executives and their organizations operating in the CEE and SEE regions. In addition, she is a certified coach and TMA analyst.

Larissa started her career as a lawyer at Unilever Ukraine in 1996 and worked in an international team in Russia, Poland and Head Office in London. In 2001, she moved to Austria and was appointed as a lawyer and human resources director at ISS Facility Services Holding CEE, Vienna. For the last five years, she has been human resources director of Vienna Insurance Group responsible for more than 26.000 employees in 24 countries of the CEE region.

Larissa has a long track record of successfully establishing, transforming, and building-up human resources function including strategic and operations lead, across CEE and SEE regions in the consumer goods, oil/gas, and financial/insurance industries. As HR director, over the period of 14 years, she has been involved in leading and executing more than 50 merger and acquisition projects; approximately 70 change initiatives and post-merger/post-acquisition integration projects for the various industries. Her overall professional experience consists of 16 years in jurisprudential, human resources and personal development and international management positions.

She has worked (and lived) in Ukraine, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania and Austria, and speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English and German.
